Low Sodium Margarita Chicken

Ingredients:
4-6oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1- can of Frozen Margarita Mix
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro
1/2 tsp. Cumin

How to:
Combine all ingredients in a small resealable bag.  Let marinate for 6-8 hrs.  Grill on low heat.  An internal temperature of 165 degrees is recommended.

Suggestion: Serve over rice

Yields: 4 servings (1 serving= 1-6oz Chicken Breast)
