Easy, Very Low-Sodium Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients:
1-8oz. container of Fat Free Whipped Topping
2-6oz containers of your favorite Yogurt (I prefer a low-fat strawberry)

How to:
Combine ingredients in a medium bowl.
Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to use. 

Yields: 9 servings (1 serving=2Tbsp.)
